Your WHS Committee

The WHS Committee is a consultative committee that advises the Principal and the Senior Executive team on important health and safety matters for the College. Meeting once a term the committee addresses broad aspects of WHS, that affect the whole College.

The WHS Committee comprises of the following members:

Additionally the committee includes a standing invitation for one representative from the Healthcare Centre and one representative from the Staff Wellbeing Committee.

WHS issues can be raised, either by the College, a worker or a member of the committee. In the first instance employees should draw to the attention of their Head of Department or Manager any health and safety concerns that they have about the workplace so the issue can be promptly addressed.
