Clearing Cookies/Cache on Edge and Chrome
Edge
1. Click the little padlock near the URL bar and then select cookies and site data

2. Select cookies

3. Select all the items in the list and press Remove, then Done, then refresh your page

Chrome
1. Select the Site information button indicated by the two horizontal lines near the URL bar and then select cookies and site data

2. Select Manage on-site device data

3. Press the Bin icon on all the cookies in the list and then press Done, then refresh your page.

Fun Fact:
We call them "cookies" because like in the Fairy Tale Hansel and Gretel, web services use cookies to guide your browser back to a web page faster the next time you need to load the page.
Cookies can sometimes break though, and will guide your browser onto a path that leads to a dead end until you refresh/clear the cookies/cache.
It's similar to how memory works on your laptop which is why restarting often fixes most issues.
